The Centre for Emotional Health recognises the importance of improving awareness of anxiety, depression and other related emotional health problems to encourage help seeking and prevention.
Our Community Outreach Program is offered across Metropolitan NSW and can be delivered in workplaces, schools, support groups or other community settings. Presentations are generally 1 hour (including 15 minutes Q&A, fees apply) and are delivered by trained professionals at the CEH.
