Privacy
Last updated 1 March 2026.
Emotional Health Clinic is an Australian editorial publication. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, in spirit and in practice, even where a small publisher is not formally an APP entity.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you submit. That information is sent to support@worldwidebacklinks.com so we can reply. We do not ask for health records, Medicare numbers, or a clinical history, and you should not send them.
Our hosting provider and content-delivery network may log standard technical data — IP address, browser, pages requested — to keep the site running and to diagnose faults. We do not sell mailing lists.
What we do not do
- We do not provide health services, so we are not a health-service collector of clinical notes.
- We do not use the contact form as a waiting-list or referral pathway.
- We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
- We do not use hidden trackers for advertising on essay pages.
Cookies and analytics
The public journal does not require an account. If a future analytics tool sets a cookie, we will update this page and keep the default as privacy-preserving as the tool allows. Keystatic, our local editing interface, is for editors and is not part of the public reading experience.
Access and complaints
To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete a message you sent, write via the contact form or email support@worldwidebacklinks.com. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
